Earlier this month, Keystone Strategy hosted a conference on Antitrust, Regulation & the Political Economy. Naturally, much of the discussion focused on digital markets and Big Tech. Whilst there were some disagreements over approach, particularly regarding whether new laws are required or merely a broader application of existing laws, there was a clear consensus that if we hope to drive competition in digital economies, dominant players will require a firm hand.
