Telegraph: Google could face UK probe over ‘anti-competitive’ advertising tech

Google’s planned changes to advertising data should be the subject of a major competition probe once Britain leaves the EU, according to a group of publishers and adtech firms.  

Marketers for an Open Web (MOW) has asked the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) to delay the launch of Google’s Privacy Sandbox technology, which is due to launch next year, amid fears it would give the tech giant more control over the digital ad market.
